The AMATRON 3on-board computer allows the actuation of all machine specific functions, such as calibration, creating tramlines, folding etc. This modern terminal allows for a simple calibration routine and on the move change of the seed rate. AMATRON 3 controls and monitors the creation of tramlines. Besides for sowing technology the on-board computer can also be used machine overlapping for AMAZONE fertiliser spreaders and crop protection implements.

On request the Citan can be equipped with the AMALOG+ on-board computer in cases where less operational functions are desired. 
The functions such as the folding mechanism and track marker position then deviate from the equipment level offered with AMATRON 3.
