GPS-Switch - automated part width section control

Overview

GPS-Switch is a GPS based enables the accurate positioning (on/off control, part width section control) of AMAZONE crop protection sprayers and fertiliser spreaders. Overlaps can be minimised. A choice of 3 overlap steps (0% overlap, 50 % and 100 % of the relevant part width section) allows to consider the relevant operational conditions.

The clear design of the AMAZONE GPS-Switch enables intuitive operation. Once switched on it safely takes over the cumbersome switching on the headland and in wedges or when negotiating obstacles. At fertiliser spreaders - for reasons of safety - a field has to be laid out and the boundaries have to be known. However at crop protection sprayers GPS-switch can be switched immediately into the automatic mode. It goes without saying that the field's borders and worked area can be stored and entered conveniently enabling, for example, to terminate the treatment of a field at a later time.

GPS-Switch is available for all new AMAZONE crop protection sprayers UF, UG, UX and SX self propelled that have just to be equipped with the tried and tested AMATRON+ operator terminal.

AMAZONE fertiliser spreader
GPS-Switch is available for all new AMAZONE ZA-M, ZA-M Hydro, ZA-M Ultra hydro, and ZG-B Ultra Hydro spreaders. Hydraulic spreader disc drive is needed. The comfortable handling via AMATRON+ comes as standard.
